Job Description Scott Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Orders and Customer Service:
Handling customer orders by phone and in person Dispatch delivery orders to drivers Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner Provide information about products Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
