Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Answer the phone efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word. Process mortgage payments, take deposits, and open new accounts for customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting clients via phone or email. Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative functions. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette while supporting daily office operations. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
