Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming voice of Birch Tree Care, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Listen actively to customer needs, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding Advocate for customers and ensure their concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations Uphold company values in every customer interaction Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and positive in all customer interactions Passion for delivering excellent customer service Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues Reliable and punctual, with availability MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr Experience and License Requirements Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively (optional) Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters (optional) Excellent communication and presentation skills (optional) High School Diploma or Equivalent High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Ex (optional) Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening (optional)
