Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, assisting with payment arrangements, de-escalating difficult situations, and accurately documenting interactions in customer systems. The representative must meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced call center environment.Required Skills:
