Job Summary:

It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to enhance the Wensco customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative needs to take orders via the phone and monitor orders that come in from the Wensco website. They need to process these orders in an appropriate manner so that the customer can receive the product in a timely fashion. The Customer Service Representative needs to be professional and have a pleasant demeanor when talking with all customers. Job shift is Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Being logged into the customer service call queue to take customer calls Monitoring and releasing Web Orders Working at the front counter and assisting customers place orders Calling customers on any backorders and troubleshooting any other issues with them Invoicing shipments and handling RMA's/Credits Working with other members of the Customer Service Team on call queue coverage Entering cash deposits and going to the bank Job Qualifications include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and courteous attitude Great problem-solving skills Able to organize and plan Dedicated Customer Service skills to both Internal and External customers Solid team collaboration abilities Job Requirements include: Experience with Microsoft Office High School Diploma or GED Candidates are subject to criminal background check and a drug test.
