This role plays a vital part in managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Serve customers and sales staff by providing product/service information and resolving issues Maintain and update customer accounts accurately Resolve customer concerns by clarifying the issue, identifying solutions, and communicating resolutions clearly Build strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal reps Maintain a clean and organized workspace Provide flexible support to other departments as needed Communicate with professionalism, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude Maintain confidentiality of company and customer proprietary information Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
