We provide safe and reliable non-emergency medical transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis, hospital discharges, prescription pick-ups, and other healthcare-related destinations. • Transport clients safely to and from medical appointments
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
• Keep vehicle clean and inspection-ready
• Communicate with dispatch regarding trip updates and scheduling
• Transport wheelchair clients when assigned ## Driver Requirements
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (MVR Check Required)
• Reliable Vehicle
• Vehicle Insurance
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Ability to pass Background Check
• Drug Test (5 Panel)
• Chauffeur License
• Social Security Card
• Fingerprinting
• CPR Certification (In-Person Only)
• Wheelchair Transport Certification (Online Accepted)
• Defensive Driving Certification
• HIPAA Training ## Preferred Qualifications
• Previous transportation, rideshare, delivery, or medical transport experience
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
