Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting customers with questions or scheduling, supporting office staff, and helping maintain an efficient and professional front office environment. The position requires the ability to multitask, remain courteous under pressure, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service or office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills and a professional appearance are preferred.
