Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts. Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical issues with guidance. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic understanding of electrical concepts is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
