Best Quality Electric Customer Service Representative Location:
Hicksville, NY Service area includes: Nassau County and Suffolk County Where Every Call Sparks an Exceptional Experience. Best Quality Electric is a locally trusted electrical contractor specializing in residential and commercial service, sales, repairs, and installations across Long Island. The Customer Service Representative is often the first voice customers hear. This role is responsible for creating a positive, professional, and helpful first impression while scheduling service appointments, supporting customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and helping the team deliver a smooth service experience. The right person is upbeat, detail-oriented, resilient, and able to maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Maintain company-provided scripting for consistent, high-quality customer interactions. Schedule service and sales appointments while supporting daily, weekly, and monthly call center goals. Handle inbound customer inquiries and assist with outbound calling when needed. Maintain accurate customer database information, enter service calls, schedule calls, and generate technician debriefs. Follow up on preventative maintenance appointments. Review completed work orders for accuracy. Help resolve customer concerns with clear communication and professionalism. Participate in company-sponsored training and uphold company standards, safety policies, and code of ethics. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to handle upset customers without taking it personally. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to details. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Geographic knowledge of the service area or map-reading skills are preferred. Employment is contingent upon completion of applicable pre-employment screening, consistent with local law. Reliable attendance is required. Pay and Benefits Full-Time, W-2
Employment Pay:
