Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive and friendly and able to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our veterinary practice. This role requires a love for working with people, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients. Be able to educate clients on pet care, preventive health measures, and available services. Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Experience Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members is required. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. Skills in animal care, and general pet knowledge are highly beneficial. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical care setting is preferred.
