Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to direct inquiries efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information Maintain accurate data entry using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks when applicable Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth daily operations Support clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks Experience with office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and office management tools Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience Join us in delivering exceptional service that makes a difference!
