Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained by performing the following duties.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Process customer orders/changes (including expedite and delay requests) according to established department policies and procedures. Verify and prepare orders for shipment according to established department policies and procedures. Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures. Open and maintain customer accounts in the customer master (Accounts Receivable module) as well as the sales database (Goldmine). Process Customer requests for new quotes and expiring quotes according to established department policies and procedures. Handle all Customer Service related activities such as tracking shipments, providing pricing and researching billing errors (etc). Process all incoming phone calls. File all order entry documents electronically. Prepare Sales Leads for follow up and schedule call according to department policies and procedures. Be responsible for any other assignments provided by your Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years relevant experience. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff at Fishman as well as with customers and prospects. Must be articulate with excellent phone skills. Manufacturing experience a plus. Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, exercising initiative, judgment, discretion and problem-solving to achieve the objectives. Selected candidate must possess a command of Word, Excel and Goldmine. Demonstrate time management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills required. Must be a quick learner who is open to training to increase knowledge. Must be flexible with an understanding of how small businesses work. Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.Job Type:
