I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chapter—combining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. Today, our team includes five knowledgeable professionals, and we've built an easygoing, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. I'm a proud parent of twins—one attending college in Alabama and the other at LSU—and family continues to shape how I lead and support my team. Giving back is a big part of who we are. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bryan Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
