Coordinate and dispatch inbound and outbound customer shipments Communicate shipment and receipt details with warehouse teams, customers, and carriers Provide timely coverage of the telephone system and assist with clerical duties Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve concerns professionally Ensure shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and on time Assist with developing inbound and outbound freight schedules alongside warehouse leadership What You Need to Bring to the

Customer Service Representative Role:
