About the Role Are you a veterinary professional looking to transition your clinical knowledge into the fast-paced world of eCommerce? We are a growing startup based in Nashville, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks "fluent pet." As an early member of our team, you won't just be answering phones; you'll be the voice of our brand. You will support veterinary clinics through multiple channels, ensuring every interaction is handled with positive energy, care and expertise. What You'll Do
  • Multi-Channel Support:
    Manage high-volume inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email.
  • Expert Guidance:
    Use your animal health background to assist clinics with product questions and order troubleshooting.
  • Startup Agility:
    While support is your primary focus, you may wear other hats—assisting with order processing, internal feedback loops, and helping us build our support processes.
  • CRM Management:
    Utilize Freshdesk to track tickets, maintain clinic records, and ensure no pet parent is left waiting. What We're Looking For
  • Experience:
    Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or the animal health industry is required.
  • Communication:
    You are a "people person" who is genuinely comfortable on the phone and can write professional, empathetic emails.
  • Location:
    You must be local to the Nashville, TN area. This is a 100% in-office role.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and software. Experience with Freshdesk is a plus, but we can train the right person.
  • Attitude:
    You have a "no task too small" startup mentality and a positive, solution-oriented vibe. Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma:
    Required.
  • College Degree:
    Preferred, but not required.
  • Reliability:
