Job Description

Elevation is a fast-growing residential solar installation company serving homeowners across California, Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of Lytegen in the field. This is a field-based, entry-level role. You will visit customers at their homes, build rapport, walk them through where their solar project stands, and coordinate face-to-face or virtual meetings between the homeowner and our internal consultants (sales, design, finance, and project management).
What you will do day-to-day:
Visit homeowners in your assigned territory on a scheduled basis. Provide friendly, accurate updates on their solar project status. Schedule and coordinate meetings between homeowners and Lytegen consultants. Collect documents, signatures, photos, utility bills, and HOA paperwork needed to keep projects moving. Log every customer interaction and next step into the CRM the same day. Identify customer concerns early and flag them to internal teams before they become cancellations. Represent Lytegen's brand with professionalism at every doorstep. Plan and manage your daily driving route to maximize productive customer visits. This role is a launchpad. Strong performers move into Project Management, Sales, or Operations within 12 to 18 months. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You genuinely enjoy meeting people in person. Comfortable using a smartphone, CRM apps, email, and digital scheduling tools. Detail-oriented and dependable. If you commit to a 2pm visit, you are there at 2pm. Self-starter who can manage a daily route without daily hand-holding. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability. Authorized to work in the United States. Nice to have (not required): Bilingual (English and Spanish). Prior customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, field sales, door-to-door, delivery, hospitality). Familiarity with solar or the home services industry. Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
