Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We're hiring an on-site full-time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:

Handle Customer Interactions through email, phone, and chats Support customer orders and drive up/cross-sell opportunities Process warranty claims and return inquiries Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
