Job Description

Capital360,Inc is a fast growing, 20 year old company focused on the preservation and protection of our clients buildings and structural assets. With departments in Roofing, Flooring and Painting we handle the full 360 degrees of a buildings exterior and interior. Due to continued growth in the flooring department, which is primarily commercial/industrial epoxy and line striping, we have need of a strong crew lead with commercial construction experience. The willingness to learn the concrete and epoxy business is critical as you will be involved 100% flooring jobs in the Pennsylvania and neighboring states markets. Position Overview As the Flooring Crew Foreman, you'll coordinate directly with our Project Manager and ensure each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards. You'll lead crews that create high quality epoxy flooring, delivers great customer service, and represents the Capital360 name with purpose and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager to understand project goals and scope
  • Confirm all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and supplies are ready for each project
  • Lead the crew to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards
  • Think on your feet—assess site developments and resolve issues with sound judgment
  • Train, coach, and develop crew members to build a high-performing team
  • Exhibit strong leadership through communication, diligence, integrity, and a positive influence
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
  • Install and repair all types of concrete floors with precision and craftsmanship
  • Ensure accurate layout, measuring, cutting, and alignment of materials
  • Prepare job sites, lay out materials, and uphold safety compliance
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly
  • Perform pre/post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Secure proper loading of materials and tools and maintain an organized, clean truck
  • Maintain project site cleanliness and return unused materials daily
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation for material requests
  • Ensure compliance with all company and safety policies
  • Adapt to physical demands: lifting up or pushing up to 100 lbs., working outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in dirty or dusty environments
  • Be dependable—timely communication regarding time off or call-offs is required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in leading a crew or crews in commercial construction. Concrete or Epoxy Flooring preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel for extended job assignments (overnight stays required)
  • Valid driver's license
