Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our call center team. This is an entry to mid-level position, and you will work under the direct supervision of the lead dispatcher with supervisor positions possible as we grow!

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls with a professional and friendly attitude Assist customers by scheduling service, maintenance, or installation appointments Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, and availability Prioritize calls based on their urgency Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM (Service Titan) Help resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with sales, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Prior customer service or dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Service Titan preferred Open to feedback and willing to learn Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Work Schedule:

Wednesday - Saturday. (Weekdays 7am-6pm & Saturday 8am-4pm) Compensation $20-28 Per hour. Depending on experience. Join Our Team!
