Job Description:

Customer Service Representative - Temp to Hire Putnam, CT | $21.63-$26.44/hr | M-F, 8am-5pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support key customer accounts and act as a liaison between sales, production, and clients. This role focuses on order management, quoting, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts, orders, and pricing Serve as main point of contact for clients and sales team Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, purchasing) Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

2-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Fast hiring process!
