This position will handle phones, customer service, order taking, and general office support, while also being cross-trained to assist with dispatch and other office duties when needed.

Duties include:

Answering phones and helping customers Taking and entering orders Assisting with scheduling, delivery questions, and general inquiries Helping with paperwork, filing, and office support tasks Providing backup support for dispatch and other office functions as needed

Qualifications:

Customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willing to be cross-trained Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Saturday availability required Benefits for full-time employees include: Medical insurance options Dental insurance options 401(k) options Yearly sales bonuses depending on farm profitability
