Overview Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role is all about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. How you'll make an impact In this role, you ll handle a variety of service requests for our valued customers. You ll issue new and renewal policies, process changes to existing policies, and assist with endorsements like coverage updates, address changes, and more. You ll also respond to client inquiries via phone and email, provide certificates of insurance, and answer coverage questions by referring to policy language. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate documentation of all communications and follow-ups. Every day, you ll help protect what matters most to our clients. You re a great communicator who can explain complex issues in simple terms. You re organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively. You re comfortable using technology to process requests and maintain records. You re a problem solver who enjoys helping others. You have a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
About You Required:
High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience. Appropriate license Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
