Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule service calls, answer questions, and support daily office operations. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily routes
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions
• Process invoices and payments as needed
• Follow up with customers after service visits
• Lead maintenance agreement program
• Support office operations and administrative tasks Qualifications
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
