Customer Service Representative

Looking to jumpstart your career with a supportive, growing company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our front office. As the first voice our customers hear, your main goal is to provide a friendly, helpful experience over the phone. We provide full training on our industry and software—no prior trade experience required! Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers warmly, and route inquiries to the correct department. Accurately input customer information, requests, and schedules into our computer system. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, responding to customer emails, and filing.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1 year of general customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (Will train the right person!). Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. A bright, friendly phone voice and strong listening skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
