This isn't a call center. You'll build real, ongoing relationships with clients who count on you to understand their situation and help them make confident decisions about their coverage. If you care about doing right by clients, know your insurance lines, and want to work somewhere your work matters, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of personal and/or commercial clients Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage questions with accuracy and care Process payments Notify policyholders of late payment due dates and cancellation dates Process certificates of insurance, billing inquiries, and claims referrals Proactively reach out to clients at renewal to review coverage and identify gaps Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system Qualifications Active Ohio Property and Casualty license ( required ) Active Ohio Life & Health license ( required ) Experience in a customer-facing role preferred Comfortable with agency management systems (Salesforce) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to become Notary Public Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain coverage clearly without talking over people Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball Authorized to work in the United States Why This Role In a big agency or a call center, customers are a number.
