Job Description

Job Overview Sunlight Solar is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing incoming and outgoing customer communication while supporting our sales, installation, and operations departments. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or trilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Schedule Full-Time Position Must be available Monday through Saturday Hours may vary between:
Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM start times until 4:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM end times
  • Saturday:
    8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Pay $16
  • $22 per hour Pay based on experience Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently Place outgoing calls to confirm appointments Schedule appointments and provide customer support Screen, prioritize, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or team members Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving concerns Take accurate messages and ensure proper follow-up Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records Communicate effectively with sales, installation, and operations teams Assist with light administrative duties as needed Learn and operate internal systems and software (training provided) Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Excellent communication and listening skills Pleasant and professional demeanor Ability to hold conversations confidently and assist customers effectively Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CRM/software systems English is required Preferred languages: Spanish/Portuguese Bilingual or trilingual candidates are a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Eligibility to participate in the employee bonus program after 3 months Opportunity for advancement
