Role:

As a key member of our team, you will assist members with questions regarding: Dental and supplemental benefit claims Eligibility and coverage details Employer-sponsored benefits including health, tuition assistance, and child/elder care programs This position requires strong phone skills , attention to detail, and the ability to professionally manage a high call volume while delivering top-tier customer support.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience (required) Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong administrative and organizational abilities Comfortable handling heavy phone volume Experience with medical claims, supplemental benefits, or insurance (highly preferred) Bilingual skills are a plus
