Customer Service Representative, Thendara NY

The Adirondack Railroad has a seasonal, starting in Mid May through mid/end of October, in our office in Thendara (Old Forge), helping customers who are looking for information about buying tickets for rides on our trains and railbikes. Ticketing for Trains and Railbikes during our operation season. If you are organized, know how to use Microsoft computers, and like to help people by phone or email, we think you will find this job is right for you. We will train you to use our computerized reservation system. The work schedule is temporary, paid by the hour, and you will know the days and times in advance. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
