Job Description
Full-time Position Summary:
All Digital Rewards (ADR) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Lake Havasu team. In this role, you aren't just answering phones; you are the face of our brand, helping customers navigate the exciting world of digital incentives, prize fulfillment, and gift card activations. We are looking for a self-starter who brings "team synergy" and positive energy to our office every day. Business hours of operations are Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with most Federal Holidays off.Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Support:
Manage customer communications across online inquiries, inbound queues, and live chat.Problem Resolution:
Assist users with profile updates, product selection, shipping inquiries, and gift card troubleshooting.Service Excellence:
Manage service requests through our dedicated Service Desk to ensure no customer is left behind.Strategic Collaboration:
Provide essential support to internal departments and assist with special projects that drive ADR's business objectives.Compliance & Security:
Maintain the highest standards of integrity by adhering to internal controls and completing essential security training, including HIPAA and PCI Compliance. Meet and maintain established department and individual goals Provide training to clients as needed Provide internal support to Departments Ability to work in a team environment All employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties. Internal Control responsibilities are established in various policies, procedures, and documents, including the Code of Conduct. Must be comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology and processes.Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual is preferred 1+ year customer service experience preferredA Communicator:

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action Ability to reach, squat, bend and manually manipulate standard office equipment Logic Staffing is an EOE.
