Duties Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes Manage office operations including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinate meetings efficiently as a personal or medical receptionist Perform clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions like bookkeeping and office management Maintain excellent phone etiquette while supporting customer needs via phone, email, or in person Assist with office organization through filing systems, data entry, and ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications Prior office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide top-tier customer service in a bilingual environment preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, or medical/dental receptionist roles is highly desirable Strong typing speed along with time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating professionalism and reliability Join us in delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment!
