Customer Service Representative - Dealer Sales About the Role Tuff Jug is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing dealer network. This role is focused on helping dealers through the onboarding process, answering questions, following up on inquiries, and providing a high level of customer support. This position is heavily phone-based and involves spending most of the day speaking with warm dealer leads — businesses that have already expressed interest in becoming Tuff Jug dealers. You will be helping guide dealers through setup, answering questions about products and programs, and making sure they have a great experience working with Tuff Jug. What You'll Be Doing Spend the majority of the day on the phone with warm dealer leads Contact dealers who have applied to join the Tuff Jug dealer program Help dealers through onboarding and account setup Answer product, pricing, and program questions Follow up with dealers to ensure they have what they need Support dealers through phone and email communication Maintain organized notes and activity in the CRM Help create a positive and professional dealer experience What Success Looks Like Dealer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally Consistent daily phone communication with dealer leads Dealers receive accurate information and support Follow-up is organized and timely New dealer accounts are successfully onboarded Dealers have a positive experience working with Tuff Jug What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, retail, or account support Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable learning products, pricing, and internal systems quickly Ability to stay consistent with follow-up and communication Compensation & Growth Hourly pay + commission opportunities Warm dealer leads provided Opportunity to grow with a local fast-growing brand
