Job Description

Entry Level Sales Representative - Dealer Channel About the Role Tuff Jug is looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to help grow our nationwide dealer network. This is a high-energy sales role focused heavily on outbound phone calls, dealer onboarding, follow-up, and account support. This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales position. You will spend most of your day on the phone speaking with warm leads — dealers who have already shown interest in carrying Tuff Jug products and applied to join our dealer program. Your job is to quickly connect with those dealers, build relationships, answer questions, guide them through the onboarding process, and help turn interest into active accounts and orders. What You'll Be Doing Spend the majority of the day making outbound calls to warm dealer leads Contact dealers who have applied to join the Tuff Jug dealer network Guide dealers through onboarding and account setup Follow structured follow-up processes to keep leads moving Answer dealer questions via phone and email Provide product, pricing, and dealer program information Maintain organized notes and activity inside the CRM Build relationships with dealers and support long-term account growth What Success Looks Like Dealer leads are contacted quickly and professionally Consistent outbound call activity throughout the day Dealers receive fast, accurate information and support New dealer accounts are successfully onboarded Follow-up is organized and consistent Dealers place initial and repeat orders What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or account support Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone Strong verbal communication and people skills Organized and able to manage follow-up effectively Motivated, coachable, and competitive Comfortable learning products, pricing, and sales systems quickly Interest in building a long-term career in B2B sales Compensation & Growth Hourly pay + flat-rate commission on closed sales Warm inbound dealer leads provided Clear path into higher-level sales and account management roles Opportunity to grow with a local fast-growing brand
