Position Overview:
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our customers, sales, and operations teams. You'll be the front line for delivering responsive, high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and order requests
  • Process orders and coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams
  • Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Support the sales team with product and order information
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in nutraceuticals or CPG
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with order management systems and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
