What You'll Do:

Assembles and tracks customer orders and ensures customer satisfaction Customer account management to include: Invoicing Troubleshooting Sales orders Price books Pre-pays Inventory transfers Interact with customers and sales team to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products, and services Ability to compile and maintain various spreadsheets Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for Perform administrative duties including computer work, answering phones and correspondence Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent required 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Computer skills including word processing, database and spreadsheet software Agricultural knowledge and background preferred Effective time management, planning and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and attention to detail Valid driver's license Ready to make an impact with us?
