Job Description

Full Job Description Brothers Fix Inc. is a fast-growing logistics company seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent service to our clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately Respond to customer and internal email inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide overall support to ensure efficient office operations Please note: This job description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Qualifications Work authorization (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred) 5+ years of customer service experience (Preferred) Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to learn new systems and processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
