Sales Development Associate

Job Overview We're looking for a driven Sales Development Associate to join our Ridgefield Park, NJ office. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Sales to identify new opportunities, research and qualify prospects, and generate quotation requests across a wide range of industries—including food, health, beauty, agriculture, and pet care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to launch a long-term career in sales. Starting with a $50,000 base salary plus performance bonuses , you'll gain direct mentorship from senior leaders, receive hands-on training in the packaging industry, and develop the skills needed to grow into a full-fledged Sales Manager.
