Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with expertise in QuickBooks to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for accurately entering order data into a computer utilizing various data entry tools. Duties include reviewing incoming orders, entering new orders and modifications to existing ones, and performing administrative tasks such as telephone support, data entry, inbound and outbound customer communications, and expediting products or information. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their financial management needs are met with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Process orders independently in an efficient and timely manner Enter orders into QuickBooks Answer and transfer company phone calls Prepare both small and large labels for all orders Maintain organized files for orders and invoices Process credit card transactions Manage FedEx and UPS shipments Coordinate with internal departments regarding pricing, availability, lead times, transportation, and order priorities Collaborate closely with freight forwarders to arrange TL/LTL shipments Assist with various office duties as assigned Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Strong clerical skills Consistent and dependable attendance Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with QuickBooks preferred Demonstrated ability to multitask Able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills Professional telephone etiquette Ability to collaborate effectively with team members 1-2 years of relevant experience
