Job Description

About Us Heart to Home Meals (HTHM) is a trusted meal delivery service designed especially for seniors and caregivers. We provide delicious, nutritious, and diet-friendly meals delivered directly to our customers' homes, offering not only food but also care, convenience, and peace of mind. As we continue to grow in North Carolina, we are looking for a compassionate and motivated Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to be the friendly voice of our business and help us build strong relationships with our community. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Handle inbound calls to answer questions, take orders, and provide product information for individual clients, care givers, health care providers and case managers. Make outbound calls to follow up with existing customers, leads, and community partners. Educate customers about meal options, nutritional benefits, and special dietary programs. Promote seasonal specials, offers, and meal plans to support sales growth. Relationship Management Build warm, caring relationships with seniors, caregivers, family members and case managers. Act as a "listening ear" to understand customer needs and recommend meal solutions. Provide a reassuring presence by checking on customers' satisfaction and wellness. Administrative & Technical Accurately enter and update customer information in the system. Maintain records of calls, orders, and customer interactions. Enter accurate information and meal guidelines for Medicaid and Medicare cleints Work with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college background a plus. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales (senior care, healthcare, or food industry experience is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, empathetic, and patient, with a genuine passion for helping others. Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport. Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or call center software).

Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
