Position Summary Rock Valley Packaging is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to support our sales team and assist customers throughout the quoting process. This role works closely with our sales director and sales team by communicating with customers, gathering project information, preparing quote details, and generating pricing using our internal quoting calculator. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing customer communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Pay Range $18
• 20 per hour (Based on experience) Primary Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers regarding packaging projects, quote requests, specifications, lead times, and project-related questions
• Gather packaging specifications and project details from customers for quoting purposes
• Prepare accurate customer quotations using internal pricing calculators and quoting systems
• Work closely with the sales team to prepare quotes and follow up on customer opportunities
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information within CRM and ERP software systems
• Maintain accurate customer records, quote files, and related documentation
• Follow up on pending quotes and customer requests to help ensure timely communication and response
• Review customer purchase orders and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with daily customer service and quoting support functions Qualifications
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ERP systems preferred
