Job Description

Customer Care Specialist Are you a compassionate communicator who thrives on helping others while driving results? We aren't looking for your "average" call center agent. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist with a servant's heart and a natural talent for identifying opportunities to enhance a client's experience through thoughtful product recommendations. In this role, you'll be more than just a voice on the phone—you'll be a trusted advisor and a key driver of growth. If you are patient, proactive, and motivated by meeting goals through genuine connection, you'll fit right in with our casual, collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing Consultative Service:
Take incoming orders via phone and email, turning every service interaction into a premium experience.
Proactive Upselling:
Listen closely to client needs to suggest complementary products and upgrades that provide extra value and help them achieve their goals.
Relationship Management:
Build rapport to increase order frequency and lifetime client value through personalized service.
Logistics & Troubleshooting:
Manage auto-shipment schedules and act as a detective to resolve any shipping or delivery hiccups.
Order Management:
Process returns to vendors and handle administrative tasks with high accuracy.
Constant Correspondence:
Maintain professional, clear, and warm written communication via Outlook. What We're Looking For The "Servant's Heart" with a

You find joy in being helpful and can naturally transition service calls into successful sales opportunities.
Persuasive Communication:
You have a "smile" in your voice and the ability to confidently present product benefits.
Goal-Oriented:
You are motivated by performance metrics and love finding "win-win" solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a must.
Experience:
Previous experience with order processing, sales, or retail upselling is a major plus.
The Details Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Environment:
Very casual and relaxed office atmosphere.
