Key Job Elements Works with supply chain and vendors to procure required material to fill orders; Interfaces with vendors to obtain quotes on potential and active products and purchases; Manages customer required delivery dates and reports on-time delivery for entire business segment to management; Invoices shipments and confirms order numbers are created and that correct amounts are invoiced; distributes invoices; Coordinates shipments and deliveries of products to multiple warehouses; Tracks and manages expedites, order entry time and order entry status; Investigates unpaid invoices; communicates with accounts receivable and customers to resolve issues; Creates and distributes Recovery reports int9o CAT facilities; Serves as point of contact for customers regarding order entries, order status updates, etc.; Owns and resolves customer account issues to complete resolution; Works with Global Supply Chain buyer/planners to resolve material discrepancies; Responsible for Quarterly Pricing, customer contract reviews, and pricing updates on PRS and customer portals; Focuses on process improvement to increase efficiency and profitability; Education / Training High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales, or a related field preferred. Qualifications and Experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to listen and communicate with customers, service technicians, and internal employees; knowledge of products; Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and particularly with Excel; Familiarity with LN or similar ERP systems; familiarity with QuickBooks; Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, and time management skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and be a flexible team player; Production scheduling experience; Knowledge of the Recy computer system; Familiarity with the process for resolving issues associated with truck and rail car shipments.
