Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America 40+ Years Industry-Leading Experience Partnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, and more 75+ Branches Across North America with U.S. HQ in Dallas, TX The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for focusing on all aspects of customer service satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of the Customer Service Team. This individual will lead the customer service department and build positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Service Manager within the region to ensure highest level service delivery to clients Responsible to ensure the service administrators and coordinators work is completed in a timely manner and our team is following procedures to invoice work orders Work with the team to meet our service budgets Quote requests from customers either by phone, walk in or email requests Provide quote to customer, once approved provide service and parts for the order, invoice order Process and reconcile all contractors' invoice Order from supplier's equipment requested/required for service technicians and installers providing vendor the P.O to facilitate the request Receive all orders Provide P.O's to technicians and installers for the purchase of shop supplies and service requirements Complete inventory transfers provide to the technicians and installers
Preferred Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising and managing a workforce. Must be familiar with principals of Supply Chain Management, especially as it relates to management service supplies and rentals Must have previous experience being in a Support Service Management role, dealing with customers, handling of customer issues and refine/develop/implement processes to support customer satisfaction. Assist in and/or develop cost management programs and processes consistent with corporate and branch goals and objectives. Must possess knowledge of and be able to utilize and/or develop reporting and analytical tools in support of branch operations using Excel Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
