235980243 Job Description We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales representative that thrives in a quick sales environment. Our rep will be expected to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable approaching customers, educating and assisting them with their decisions, working with suppliers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs & project requirements and the products to complete those projects, follow up on leads in a timely manner, close sales, research accounts, identify key purchasers and generate business, team with suppliers to secure needed products to service your clients.

Skills:

proven inside sales experience, strong customer service skills, strong listening skills, basic computer skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of flooring & Installation, woodworking, basic construction and a willingness to learn will give you an edge. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move consistently for an 8 hr. shift.
