Our client, a global leader in high-end laboratory and medical equipment manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist to join their service department in Trevose, PA.This is a temporary assignment covering a Leave of Absence (LOA), beginning as early as June 1st and running through late August or September. Order Management:

Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes, purchase orders, and warranty requests.

Data & Analytics:

Utilize CRM systems and PowerBI to track orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Technical Support:

Handle inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, technical specifications, and shipping schedules.

Logistics Coordination:

Partner with production and logistics teams to track shipments and proactively communicate any schedule changes to clients.

Problem Resolution:

Address service or billing complaints, process returns, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Skills
