  • managing inbound inquiries, solving problems, presenting solutions, and making sure customers come back.
This is not a passive role. You are on the phone, in the CRM, on Slack, and in the middle of real deals every day. Nurture the customer relationship. Handle inbound inquiries, quotes, and open opportunities with speed and accuracy Present new products, features, and value to existing customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project teams, and the broader sales organization to get customers what they need Maintain clean, accurate records across our CRM and internal platforms Learn continuously

  • strong performers consistently earn $8,000
