Customer Support Associate

We are currently recruiting Customer Support Associates to join our team in St. Louis. What You'll Be Doing Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat Resolving issues efficiently and professionally, first time where possible Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes Escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when needed Identifying patterns in customer feedback and flagging them to your manager Representing the company in a way that builds trust and loyalty What We're Looking For A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal Patient, empathetic and solution-focused under pressure Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer software Able to manage a busy workload without letting things fall through the cracks Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not essential Must be legally authorised to work in the
