Join NexCall Communications, where professional drive turns into real, measurable impact while through the Verizon 5G network. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work directly with customers to support families interested in enrolling in Verizon or helping account maintenance. Your role is centered on creating smooth, stress-free transitions by helping customers understand available options and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role blends communication, problem-solving, and community engagement to deliver a positive experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers interested in improving their home internet service. Explain Verizon's home connectivity solutions in easy-to-understand terms. Assist customers with enrollment and account setup, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Verify equipment compatibility and basic performance checks to support a smooth installation experience. Answer questions clearly and professionally while building trust within the local community. Maintain a positive, helpful presence while working independently and as part of a team. What We're Looking For in a Customer Support Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Customer support or sales experience is a plus Positive, reliable, and able to keep a helpful attitude throughout the day. Focused on giving local customers a smooth, supportive experience.
