Full-time Customer Support Specialist Role Overview:
The Support Specialist serves as the day-to-day technical resource for our clients, resolving configuration issues, enabling new features, and ensuring the platform is functioning as intended across all active accounts. This role works closely with both the Implementation and Customer Success teams to address client needs in real time.Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration issues reported by dealership clients Enable and configure alerts such as day-sitting notifications, customer expired alerts, no-contract departure alerts, and odometer-based alerts Build and schedule reports including the Sitting Vehicles Report and Pending Pay reports Manage and update client CRM records including contacts, titles, and user permissions Assist with DMS integration troubleshooting across platforms such as CDK and MyKarma Support the setup and management of Hypertolls and Merchant features Serve as an escalation point for client-facing issues that require backend access Document support interactions and flag recurring issues to the product teamQualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a technical support or SaaS support role Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with fleet management, automotive, or dealership software preferred Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform required Experience working within ticketing systems and CRM platforms Please note: This is a fully onsite position requiring in-office attendance five days per week.Pay:
$20.00- $25.
