Job Description

OneTouch Direct is a premier contact center provider, committed to elevating customer experiences for our partners and clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, focusing on driving performance and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to maximize their performance. Monitor sales metrics and develop strategies to enhance team productivity and achieve sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Facilitate training sessions to boost the team's product knowledge and sales techniques. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field. Minimum of 2 years of call center supervisory experience in a sales environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
